Program Offerings
Physique Building
Train on your own and at your own pace! Register now for access to my personal daily training regimen. This monthly program is progression-based, with new custom exercises uploaded each month to keep you motivated, training hard and seeing results. You will need access to a gym with standard equipment to experience the full physique building benefits.

Personalized Training
Let's hit your personal goals together with a workout plan made just for you. In-person training sessions are available throughout Westchester County, NY. Virtual training clients will receive customized weekly programming tailored specifically for your fitness level and gym access. All personal training clients have direct access to me for questions and progress check-ins throughout their training.
Targeted Programs

Targeted add-on programs (grip, agility training, core, vertical, etc.) are designed to enhance an already well-rounded workout. You must be enrolled in either Physique Building or Sports Performance for access to these specialty workouts.

Sports Performance

Athletes require specialized training to maintain an edge on the field or court and operate at their peak performance. This training program will improve your overall power and explosiveness, agility, hand/foot-eye coordination and body awareness. You will need access to standard functional fitness equipment to experience the full athletic benefits (boxes, bands, Bosu balls, etc.).
